Yes – store credits can be used to make purchases on merchandise only. To view your available store credit, make sure you’re logged into your prettypractical account, then click on the “Cart”. To apply store credits to a purchase, just select them as a method of payment at checkout.
To view the status of your order, make sure you’re logged into your prettypractical account and click on “My Account.” To view the current order status, under “My Orders,” click on the order number.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and decide you no longer want the item you have received, returns are accepted on merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package. After your return has been processed, please note that it may take up to one full billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card.
